Sunny Side is a mock egg company that has been branded with collateral in Core III. Constrains that were present while packaging included only being able to sell 3 eggs per package. Sunny Side is a local farm that produces eggs to sell at farmers markets. The target audience are consumers who shop organic and locally.
The design of the package is easy for the consumer hold while shopping and transporting back home without worry that the eggs will break. Inside the bag the eggs are nestled in holders, and the sides of the bag contain walls as to shelter the eggs so they will not break. The bag is resealable, and weatherproof. The packaging is designed so it is easy for the farm to produce on a large scale while keeping the cost low.

When designing the identity for Sunny Side, I wanted the branding to reflect uniqueness. It was important when creating Sunny Side and writing the mission statement that the farmers care for each and every egg. One of the ways I chose to reflect this was in the design of the logo. The logo was hand lettered to tailor such quality.
Since this brand is designed to thrive at a local farmers market, each package contains a recipe card in a pocket on the outside of the bag; customers can than shop for ingredients that they may need if they choose to cook the recipe on the card.
