The Fuck It List is composed of short stories and poems from Claude Caswell’s creative writing class from Spring 2017. This book was hand bound and crafted in Advanced Typography. The design choice and type setting of this book mirrors the content. The contemporary and modern voices that linger through the book influenced the design.

The second part of the assignment was to hand bind the designed book. Each author has their names laser cut into a black piece of card stock, with a neon paper behind it. The spine is flex bound to ensure durability, and the hard cover is hand made with a dust jacket.
